Property or parcels owners located on the territory of our district are encouraged to present their land on www.gniew.pl. It's a completely new approach to the issue. Local councils usually only promote their own investment areas, however we wish to attract investors not only from our council. Any good investment, serves the common good, regardless of its ownership.

The editors of the webpage www.gniew.pl are working on the creation of the department designed for investors who are willing to locate their funds in our district and also for traders conducting their business in the community.

In the new section, called the Economy Area are to be included information such as: councils strategic documents, Council Contrscts Bids, investments, support for investors and traders, register of companies, traders support guide. The new solution is going to be the datebase of both communal and private free premises, real estate and land.

Therefore, everyone who owns land or premises, who wants to let or sell, can be found in the database of private property and land, available at www.gniew.pl. If you wish to be included in the datebase, send us an e-mail with the subject: "The base of private property and land," providing the purpose of use of the premises (for construction, agriculture, recreation) or real estate (services, residential), characteristics (surface , location, and additional information) as well as your contact details.
